Lab Director presents at ESSI

Lab Director, Jessica Deneweth Zendler, was a featured presenter at the University of Michigan's Exercise and Sport Science Institute (ESSI) Symposium on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at the Junge Family Center on the University's Athletic Campus. She also participated on a panel discussing sport research and technology at U-M.

Over 250 guests, ranging from academic, athletic, and industry experts in the fields of wearable technology, sport performance, data analytics, and nutrition, attended the day-long symposium to further the Institue's "focus on physical activity and human performance across the lifespan through interdisciplinary research."

Additionally, MiPR collaborator Grant Goulet (adidas), was featured in the Optimal Performance and Sport Technology industry panel. 

Ron Zernicke, MiPR affiliate and co-director of ESSI, offered closing remarks for the Symposium.
